How long will it take for me to receive my order?

You will receive an email notification when you place your order to confirm receipt. Your order should be with you in 7 working days as it’s sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class, however if your order hasn’t arrived within this time please email hello@oralieve.co.uk with your order number and we’ll look into it.

It won’t let me order as I live outside of the UK. Can I still buy the products?

Yes, please email hello@oralieve.co.uk and we’ll be able to organise something.

I’d like to order a large amount of stock, more than is listed on your website, how do I do this?

How can I claim my discount code?

If you have a discount code, simply type it into the voucher code box when you checkout. You will see the code applied to your order.

Can I cancel an order?

If you would like to cancel an order please get in contact with us by emailing hello@oralieve.co.uk or calling our help line at 01582 729918.  

What is your return & refunds policy?

If you return your purchase within 30 days we will happily refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase. Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

I haven’t received my refund?

If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again. Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted. If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund yet, please contact us at hello@oralieve.co.uk.

Can I exchange an item?

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged.  If you need to exchange it for the same item, send us an email at hello@oralieve.co.uk and send your item to: 728 Capability Green Luton GB LU1 3LU.

Will I get a refund for my shipping cost?

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
